Our complete acceleration sensors include a sensor, a coiled cable, and a magnet.

Quick Connection Box
The Connection Box is a terminal that collects signals from multiple channels and provides them for external readings.
It simplifies the measurement process by allowing you to connect your sensors to the Quick Connection Box and take all measurements from there. You can also switch between sensors easily.
The product is made of stainless steel and has an IP66 certification, making it suitable for marine applications.
The Quick Connection Box works with all CMT vibration devices
Various output options upon request.

Sensor Bases & Magnets
To ensure reliable measurements, we recommend using a Measuring Pad on the machine and attaching the sensor to the magnet. This is the standard connection method for our products.
CMT has two kinds of magnets for different shapes of surfaces. The best measurements come from the new CMT Quick Fit connection.
You need one Quick Fit Base on the sensor and one Quick Fit Measuring Pad on each point.
The pad has a yellow cap to cover it when not used. Sensors on the machine should use a bolt-on connection with the pad and a stud.

Measuring Pads
For reliable and accurate measurements, using the same procedure and location for each measurement is essential. CMT provides Measurement Pads that can be permanently attached to the machine surface with a special adhesive.
The Measurement Pads ensure that the sensor is always aligned with the same measuring point and has firm contact with the machine.
The sensor and the machine need to be securely attached to get accurate results. CMT Measuring Pads are the best option for this purpose.
They have a yellow cap to make them visible and prevent dirt or paint from damaging them. The pads are fixed to metal surfaces with a special glue that hardens quickly when mixed by hand.
The glue works best when the surface is clean and rough, so any loose material, rust, or coating should be removed with an angle grinder or a similar tool.
