The Chlorination Test Kit helps you to disinfect the water properly and maintain the right levels of chlorine.

You can use the chlorine HR test to check if you have added enough chlorine to the water and the starch/potassium iodide strips to check if you have removed the excess chlorine.

You can use the chlorine LR test to check if the chlorine reserves are within the limit of 0.5 ppm, the maximum allowed level.

You can also use the pH test strips to check if the pH of the water is between 5 and 6 during chlorination.

This is important because a very low pH (below 4) can release toxic chlorine gas and also because chlorine works better as a disinfectant when the pH is between 5 and 6.
